Wine & Design — Attraction in Southern Pines

My family visited this location last night. This is the 4th painting class like this which I have done, all at different studios and with different people. This was the worst experience so far. The studio was cute and well maintained, but our instructor was unfriendly, unhelpful, and moved at a breakneck speed. My stepmom got so frustrated at being several steps behind and being offered no support that she gave up and just sat there. The instructor offered no help or encouragement to her and just continued moving forward. My father kept asking me what the next step was (rather than the instructor) because it was clear that she was slowing down for no one. Our paintings were still wet when it was time to go, and we had to ask to use the blow dryers. It was not offered or suggested. It was clear that the instructor just wanted us gone so that she and her daughter could leave for the night. I know that these classes can be fun, but I would not visit this location again. It is possible that other instructors there would provide an enjoyable evening, but I would not pay money to go again, knowing that I could end up with...

I AM OBSESSED! I attended a resin charcuterie board class! First class in Southern pines and the vibe was great! The owner (Jessica) led this class and she was a vibe herself! She prepped us that the class wouldn't be the 2 hours but 30 minutes, which meant I could go to the Noodle bar and Southern pines brewery afterwards. She played chill music, walked us through this exciting process, and walked around to make sure we all had a great understanding. This was completed by the instructor on my board after my attempt. I showed up to pick up the board the next day at the time instructed and this is what it looked like. I was offered a credit to come back for another attempt, however, when I followed up via email regarding this as instructed to do so, I did not receive a response.
