I got a call unexpectedly from Craftsman Jewelry and I poured out my frustration with having jewelry I could not wear because of the lack of service from the store. They had me bring in every piece that caused me problems and they took care of it. Adjustments were made on my Bulova watch, diamond stud earrings and a pair of loop earrings that were all stored away. Now I can wear every piece and they followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I am happy to say that I am satisfied and happy again. I am now a returning customer.
