So I done bought a lot of jewerly and pieces from this place over the years…..I’m talking $20,000+ chains watches diamonds links. Etc. So fast forward they sold me A 14k gold chain for 2,200$ I just wanted a simplistic look. it just sat in A locked drawer cuz I didn’t never wear it. I decided to pawn it cuz I’m like I don’t need it. So just 4 months ago I bought a gold Cuban for $26,000. So the owner gary says yeah man that 14k chain not something we would sell. I can’t buy that back. I’m just sitting there lost, cuz this the only place I buy jewerly from. He said it’s not real 14k gold. So I’m lost because they sold me this 100% and marketed to me as 100% 14k gold! he says we don’t sell stuff like this. Basically calls me a liar, they make millions but they system so unsophisticated the can’t pull up your name and find everything you ever bought they need the real receipt or the EXACT date you bought it. Like anybody really keep that info. so I go to another guy that I know buys gold, it turns out they labeled it as 14k and sold it to me but it’s really 12k so I got cheated out my money. And was forced to sell for wayyyy lower than what I bought! Just making black men aware they not playing right at golden sun jewerly take your money else where brothers don’t follow the hype! You defiantly not getting what you think your buying…. What they label there gold is not what your buying They lost me as a customer for this. Real janky and...

Im honestly not satisfied with Golden Sun as they are the typical Lying jewelers/ scam artists. Tell you Its VS make all these false promises until you pay them. once paid they give you SI quality. I suspected they had lied because my piece didn't shine like my others, so Upon appraisal I found out it was not good clarity at all. I also took it to 3 different jewelers and they all were shocked that it came from golden sun as Gary has a good reputation I guess. I just dont understand if you are spending YOUR OWN money you should get what you pay for! They only do their fellow Detroit Peoples custom work good out of fear I think and obviously celebs because they dont wanna get exposed. I am from out of state and drove 6 plus hours to get a piece done. If you are from out of state DO NOT shop here because you will not get what you ask for in terms of clarity or good service. The diamonds are visibly dimmer than my other pieces that I got done elsewhere. Lacks integrity. somebody reached out to me to today to say "u can't tell the difference between vs and si" OK. these people are a joke! I will be selling the terrible...

Absolute nightmare...Just to let everyone know.. they sell very old rolex's that are covered by diamonds..I thought I was purchasing a 2007 model because it was my first rolex and I didint know that I had to ask about serial numbers. They told me that it was made in 2007..after wearing it for a year..it stopped working. When that happened I contacted them and they told me that I was going to be charged for servicing it. So I took it to another jeweler. I was told that my ROLEX WAS FROM THE 70'S. When I called the shop owner it was like dealing with a used car salesman. I was handed off to the son who was something else.. telling me that he would find a resolution that day and would send me a text around 10pm the next day...AT THE END THEY JUST BLEW ME OFF.. Anyway this is by far the worst company and the worst experience I have had my entire life. Stay away they are crooks that just care...
