Labieb (Lou Diamond) is top notch when it comes to Jewelry expertise and talent. He has a nice selection of jewelry in-store. If you were looking for something specific, he can help you find it or even custom design it. Labieb was referred to me by a family member and I knew I can trust him.

He helped me custom design my fiances engagement ring from scratch and he hand-made it himself. I could not in a million years imagined it would come out as beautiful as it did. I don't think that anyone else could have come close to the design that he was able to create. The amount of reactions and compliments that my fiance gets constantly, proves what a beautiful and timeless/classic ring that he was able to make.

He is not only extremely talented, but he is helpful, patient, caring, and fair when dealing with his clients. I truly feel that he has the best intentions when working with his customers with the goal of helping them find exactly what they are looking for.

I have since gone back to Diamond City Jewelers for my wedding band and as well as my fiances wedding band that Labieb helped create from scratch as well. The result was as I've come to expect, PERFECT!

( 20 going on 20, you know?) gorgeous girl & she’s hinting ever so sweetly lately that it is time to get her “ a golden necklace , like you wear Nonni.” It US time . I got mine in Italy & she knows, but now when she was in town, a few times this year… we drove past the store since it’s close to my home. She asked ( as if she knew,” is that your “ special place, Nonni? It says Diamond City!” What a guess! I NOW , MUST buy her a surprise from there. I told her how polite and customer centered they are in there, knowing my name & those of other patrons. I promised to buy her gold necklace, so I’ll be visiting again soon! After visiting so many jewelers, I have to say walking into Diamond city and talking with Lou was the biggest win. He knew exactly what I wanted. I was in WOW when I saw the final ring. He customized my wedding ring and I could not believe the detail and quality of my ring. Lou was very professional to deal with. He sent me plenty of pictures and changed the wax design every time I wanted something different. I’m very impressed and happy I walked into Diamond city. The client service was always top of the line, always got updates and pictures. My ring was done in two weeks just like he told me it would be.
