First off, I would like to say that all the one star comments about their service are blatantly FALSE. It was my first time buying a piece of jewelry for myself and the buyers process has never been easier. There were easily 20+ people in the shop but the lady up front was engaging everyone. Smiling and talking about the different kinds of jewelry that I may like. I spent 30 minutes looking at different bracelets, picking them up and putting them down. Not ONCE did they have a negative attitude towards me, even though I was indecisive and they were busy. The experience I had was one of a kind and I will definitely be a customer for life! If there were infinite stars, I’d give them. They even offered to size my bracelet that I did not purchase from them. 10/10 customer service and would recommend to anyone buying jewelry. Not a good experience! My engagement ring broke after 3 weeks of wearing it. They had to remake it 3 times before they could give it back to me, which ended up being 5-6 weeks later. The finished product is fine, but the experience was ruined. Not to mention the customer service was horrible. I was told it was my fault the ring broke because I "rushed them" (which I didn't, but even if I did, that shouldn't be justification for the ring breaking 3 weeks after wearing it). I asked for a refund and was told absolutely not, but when I asked what they were going to do for me and when I would have my ring back, the reply was "I don't know what you want me to tell you". My first experience with the staff at the jewelers has been amazing! The purchase was facilitated through online communication as I am not local to the area. They were super helpful in assisting me to find what I was looking for. They answered all messages in a sufficient amount of time. My gorgeous bracelet was shipped with care and they even called me that day to assist me with retrieving my package from FedEx if I needed help.
