Not every business prompts people to take their time to write such a detailed review, so I hope all who are considering this place take a moment to read mine.
I’ve never received a level of customer care and overall satisfaction from a jeweler comparable to the wonderful experience my fiancé and I had at Devari Jewelry with Pete and Elena, and I’ve been to a great many places to compare them to.
To support my statement I’d like to point out that I had just had my beautiful fiancés engagement ring and wedding band made at Tappers in Troy prior to learning about Devari, and while I paid a premium price, I still considered that experience to be exceptional. I’d also like to point out the location of Devari, as it is on the third floor of the Advance office building where they compete with DOZENS of other independent jewelers all on the SAME FLOOR in the SAME BUILDING. This is an important detail as it speaks to the level of difficulty associated with standing out amongst so many others.
I’ve always wanted to visit the building and my fiancé and I made an entire day/date out of exploring each jeweler as we had her wedding set made, but we still needed my band made… and we love to shop and spoil one another 🤣. After visiting each and every open jeweler in the building (this took many hours lol) there was no question that Devari was the best one.
From the very beginning I could tell that Elena and Pete placed more value on developing a lasting relationship through incredible service more than making a quick sale, the type of service that makes you want to return each and every time.
The Devari Jewelry store was cleaner than the others, it was well-lit and felt more welcoming, had a better selection of creative and varying inspirational design - mixing classic pieces with modern styles as well, and the quality of the jewelry was unquestionable. This is a place I can go to shop for gifts for people from multiple age groups and varying styles with ease.
Elena and Pete took their time not only educating us on how the ring would feel and fit at certain sizes and weight, but even more importantly listening to my concerns and the details most important to me and prioritizing my vision.
They made every effort to make sure we were able to bring my dream wedding band to life. My overall design was not complicated, but I was very picky about the details like the custom width and weight, the perfect thickness and comfort fit and the quality of craftsmanship as well as gold used, its alloys, and where it was sourced from.
Their prices are very competitive and reasonable, and they used top quality Italian gold with the best alloys to ensure the strongest and most beautiful product.
Even after they had earned our business and the credit card had been swiped, they never ceased to dote over each intricacy throughout the ring making process and wouldn’t let us leave until we were absolutely sure each and every detail was absolutely PERFECT upon pickup.
They even had me stick around to do the final sizing and polishing at the end and altered the ring multiple times on the spot in minutes (no easy task for the average jeweler) to get the fit absolutely perfect which wasn’t easy for such a heavy band… all while providing excellent service to multiple customers in store simultaneously.
The end result was indeed perfect, with their pricing, their customer care, and their quality of work ALL beating not only the most expensive top end jewelers I’ve been to, but also all of the other independent ones in the building surrounding them.
We are very happy to have found the “complete package” when it comes to everything we’d want to find in the ideal jeweler, and we cannot recommend them enough. The experience my fiancé and I had here have earned Pete and Elena two repeat customers for life, and we are excited to be returning for all of our future gifts and custom pieces.

Read moreI gave 1 star because the customer service sucks. I had my eye on a pendant since September and told a lady that I would be sending my children to get it for Mother’s Day. Well somebody did not like my sons negotiating skills -knowledge about jewelry. He told them it was not worth 500.00 so my daughter made a purchase at another jewelry store in the same building with a similar design done in under a week. I had given my daughter their business card but unbeknownst to me my daughter had inquired about a necklace there several months back and felt that the staff was less than hospitable so she told me that the only reason that she went back was because she knew that I really wanted the pendant. My daughter texted me stating the staff was rude so they went to another jeweler in the same building where she got a beautiful engagement ring back in November. They designed a similar pendant:) The staff stated that she would be willing to work with my daughter but not my son during our conversation. No profanity was used by my son so this shows me that the staff lied about them...
Read moreOriginally I found JeweliciousUS on Etsy awhile back, found her on instagram shortly after. I fell in love with her name pendants and decided that one day I was going to have Elena make me a pendant. So in 2023, I contacted her and she helped me design my very own pendant. I ordered my name in white gold 14k medium size. I absolutely love it, and wear it almost daily. However, I like to switch my jewelry based off from what outfit I am wearing. So I recently traveled to Southfield Michigan to order my second name necklace pendant in 14k yellow gold, small size. I received it today and I am in love once again. Everyone from Devari was very welcoming. Elena and Pete do wonderful work. I would highly recommend checking them out! Maybe one day I will return for a rose gold name pendant. But they have so many other pendants and rings. So many...
