My Uncle died late January earlier this year and I needed a good suit, fast. Mr. Marcus at Sam’s Suit Factory was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and helped me in my time of need. He helped me from the moment I came in, ensuring that I found a suit that looked great, fit me well, fit me comfortably, and that came with all the trappings that I needed to complete the look. Marcus also worked with the young lady at the front desk to ensure that I could have expedited tailoring services provided since the funeral was the following morning; needless to say, Marcus, the young lady at the front counter, and Sam’s Suit Factory did NOT disappoint. My experience at Sam’s Suit factory was Phenomenal!! Customer service was excellent. It was my son and I first time shopping for a suit for his JR prom . Mr Marcus was an Angel sent from heaven! I recommend this store for all your suit purchases. The environment was beautiful. The store is organized and clean . Well I come from Pennsylvania to get my grandson a suit I come all the times up to Detroit. Because Pennsylvania really dont have a men's suit store.
