Bizzy Bee Coney Island — Restaurant in Southgate

Ordered the Bizzy Bee Burger, not only was this burger cooked to order but it was also cooked to perfection. It was beautifully prepared and presented, and its taste was exquisite. My highest compliments to the chef. My wife ordered the smothered chicken and again, this dish was prepared beyond expectations. A good sized portion, beautiful presentation, and mouth watering taste. Thiw restaurant is a hidden gem, and it deserves alot more recognition than I can possibly give. The wait staff were absolute dolls, and very attentive without being overbearing. Very quick from order to grill to table, and all the while with a smile on their faces and a wlaugh at the ready. I most definitely will be going back on a regular basis. Great job guys!!!!

Here I am 2 years later and I stop by to see the wonderful worker Bees here at Bizzy Bees Grill, And though this time I ordered something different, My waitress Ilona was absolutely magnificent in her service and attitude. Despite trying times, and lomg hours she still managed to keep a smile on her face the entire time she waited on my party. Hands down one of the best places i have been to for coney food in a long time. The chilly cheese fries were delicious! The burger called a rail-splitter was beyond delicious. I usually stick to my usual just burger or coney, but decided to try something new. Well im glad i did. The burger was cooked to my specified temperature as requested at the time of my order. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the corned beef on the top was plentiful. This sandwhich was beyond my expectations. The omelette was pretty good too. The waitstaff was more than accommodating on making sure they understood exactly how my girlfriend wanted her omelette before making it, the cooks even chimed in from the corner to make sure they heaed correctly. This was an excellent experience and i hope even amid this crazy situation we are in people flock to this great little diner and help support a local business. I will be back in the future. Started my service with the waitress bringing me my ice water and splashing it all over the table and walked away without offering to clean it up or napkins. I thought okay, maybe it will get better. She came back and asked what I wanted to eat as I was telling her she began to walk away like she was in a big hurry. I guess I wasn't important enough to take the moment to get my order correct. I also asked her if I can get a napkin for the water on the table and that there is something floating in my water. She said she would be right back with another water and never came back. A different waitress brought me my food. Not correct though. Had to wait for my toast. And then never got the jelly she went to go get.
