Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wyandotte

At this point, I think I’ve personally funded a new wing of Pizza Hut corporate.

I’ve been ordering here so often the delivery guy probably assumes I’ve been placed under house arrest. My pants have gone up a size. Maybe two. I no longer bend down, I tilt. And I regret nothing.

The food is always exactly what I ordered. Never a missing breadstick, never a rogue topping. The stuffed crust is legit, thick, cheesy, and doesn’t crumble like some flimsy cardboard knockoff pretending to be pizza. And they’re generous with the toppings, like they know I’ve had a long day. Or maybe they just feel bad for me.

I’m not saying I have a problem. I’m just saying if Pizza Hut ever introduces a loyalty program based on frequency alone, I expect to be knighted.

Would I recommend it? Yes. Will I stop? Absolutely not. Should I be embarrassed? Probably. But...

I called to place a carry order for a pizza bc the PIZZA HUT APP wasn’t working and was told my single large pizza with 1 topping would be $18. I told them that was way too expensive for a single pizza and told them I wouldn’t be continuing with my order. I went back to the app and saw they have a “deal” for a large 1 topping pizza for $9.99 so I called back and was told that I have to use the app to place the order if I wanted to get that deal. I explained that the app isn’t working so how is that my fault? She gave me some lame excuse… I understand that this is a corporate chain but that’s insane that you are literally charging double for people that don’t use the app to order their food. So I ordered a little later but made sure it was in before 11:30 since they close at midnight on Friday night. Picked it up- got home and I ordered a regular breadsticks and the lil bites pizza. Even tho I was picking up I gave over a $4 tip since it was end of the night. I did NOT get a regular full order of breadsticks- I received some flat over cooked piece of dough that was sliced and not even pulled apart. The entire thing was probably only a 3rd of the thickness of a single normal breadsticks. The pizza was a bit overcooked- normally this would not bother me but having the lil bites crust- half of the bites the cheese had exploded out and they were empty.
