I was very disappointed after calling and confirming they had blue crabs, to getting there and selecting the size and amount I wanted-just for them to tell me âsorry we only have 3 crabs left, the rest are on hold for other customersâ. I was extremely disappointed. If you have reserved crabs for others they should be removed from the supply so that they are no longer available. Also unless they are prepaid, which I didnât get that they were, sales should be on a first come first serve basis. When you have customers present in store -thatâs a guaranteed sale whereas a call-in customer may never show. We've never gotten a bad product. If we would ever get an inferior product, I'm sure they would have make it right. The family has always given us great service. They may not always remember our names, but they know my wife, my adult kids, and me by sight.
