I hired Justine/Moonstone Bridal for hair and makeup services for my myself and several bridesmaids for my wedding this past April. During my hair/makeup trial Justine was amazing and talked me through everything, trying a few slight variations of hair styles as I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted yet. She also nailed my makeup look on the first try! As someone who doesn't really know how to do makeup/doesn't wear a lot of makeup daily, I felt very confident in my choice to work with Justine...she easily made me feel comfortable and look beautiful. On wedding day that feeling was fully confirmed as Justine and Eve (of Evermore Beauty) flawlessly created the looks that my wedding party requested, including my own. Working with this dream team couldn't have been easier - not only were they punctual and stuck to our timeline, but Justine was flexible as I added some services about a month before the wedding date. Justine did the hair and makeup for my now-wife and I at our wedding this past June, as well as hair for both of our moms. I cannot share enough positive things about our experience working with Justine. We were out-of-state brides and Justine combined our trials with haircuts so that we would be ready to go for our wedding day. She spent a full day working with us and accommodated us on a day that she usually has off. She was also able to work with my wife’s fine hair AND my coarse curls - a feat many hairstylists have not mastered. The day of our wedding, her calm energy was just what we needed. I have never loved my hair more than I did the day of our wedding, and it was so well-done that it lasted for almost a full week after the day. I felt like a fairy Princess well into our honeymoon. I booked Justine for our wedding in September to do hair and makeup on myself and both of our moms. Everyone’s hair & makeup came out beautifully & stayed soo well throughout the day and night. I had a partial updo with curls that were intact the whole time!! We loved the enhanced natural looks Justine gave us as none of us wear makeup that often. Justine’s calming presence was so nice and eased all of our jitters. Everyone kept saying how relaxing and peaceful the whole experience was getting ready. She was very accommodating for my mom as she is in a wheelchair and sewed my mom’s dress. If I could do it all again I’d re-book her every time!
