I wish I could give a no star or better yet a negative star. I was very disappointed in my experience tonight. I ordered 2 pizza which cost me a little over $40. Pricey for pizza but normally the pizza here are pretty ok. I went to pick up the pizza and when I got home I was utterly disappointed to find out I was given the wrong order. I questioned and also told the server what I order and yet I was not given what I ordered. I decided to call to see if I can speak to the owner or manager to explain the situation. Needless to say I was not going to drive 30 mins back to pick up the my correct order which at this point has been sitting there for 30 mins or more. The owner was on the phone with me and said rudely to me yes your order is still here. Uhh no crap it's still there... if it wasn't then we wouldn't have an issue. He then rudely said what do you want, you tell me what you want. I felt as though he was rudely accusing me of wanting to get a free meal. Let's not forget I already paid $40 for meal I did not order. I told him I wanted a credit for my next order since what I got was not what I ordered or paid for. I asked if I could swing by later or a different day to pick up a gift certificate or something for my next order. He then said I could come tonight and get the pizza I ordered then and that would solve the problem. I don't know about anyone else but old pizza that has been sitting for a few hours does not sound appealing or appetizing. He then said to just mention this situation the next time I order or ask for him and he will take care of my next order. At this point I highly doubt I'll be a returning customer. Very very disappointed and disgusted in the service. I will be taking my weekly business to one of the many other pizza shops in the area. As many people know there is no shortage in pizza shops on College Highway...

This is the second time I have ordered pizza here in the past couple of years,after the first, time,I said, never again,but Romas was closed,and how soon we forget! The person who took my order said it was a a 30 inch on the phone.I think it turned out to be a 24 inches,but 30 small slices, maybe .In any case ;The sauce was too sweet,the crust had that atrificial from a tube vibe, like it was something extruded in a factory,if this is an old family recipe,my apologies,but for the good of mankind would you bury it, so that future generations can dig it up, and then burn it? , very liitle cheese,lots of idigestion inducing raw green bell peppers sliced in full rounds ,how pretty;awful,bad .If Pizza Hut and Little Caesars could mate and ingested thalidomide this pizzacrapa would be the result of that coupling.Also their "flavor crisp" chicken is strangely flavorless ,as are the "jo jo" potatoes It might sound good on paper probably in some advertising office in the 1950s . maybe this ammounted to to Decent food then Imagine ,Pressure cooked marinated chicken juicey and delicious right?.what could possibly go wrong?,it sounds better then KFC,but no , it is not. hungry man fried chicken truly has more flavor.do they marinate it,or just toss some Banquet into a take out box? Village Pizza Restaurant in Southwick, MASS on July 12, 2024 We came to the Agawam Southwick area with a large family group and we wanted to all have lunch together. The plan was the SUMMER HOUSE But we've done that before and the thought was that we would all be at different picnic tables so there wouldn't be an opportunity to all sit together and eat. So my parents, who were treating, decided on Village Pizza since we had done that years ago with another big group and the pizza was pretty good. We arrived and there was a large section of the restaurant open for us due to my parents calling ahead of time and scheduling a time that we would arrive. The pizzas were already ordered. The staff was very friendly and the environment was great. The fish tank was a highlight for the kids and drinks were ordered for everyone. There were something like 5 or six pizzas. We ate a ton even though we were at different booths, which caused the groups of the family to segment off, which was the point of not doing SUMMER HOUSE but we mixed enough up at each table that we had a great time and great conversations.
