Asked for a water. They said buy a bottle. I said “we just bought two fountain drinks, can we just get it from the soda machine?” She said no. I said can you fill it from the sink for us? She said no. Dispicable. That’s gross, guys. I just spent $60 at your deli on sandwiches. Just awful. Be human beings.
**In response to your reply, I am disappointed that you decided to take the tack of attacking my character instead of just apologizing for objectively bad customer service. I have, in fact, written several very positive reviews, as well. I also run a small business, and we do all in our power to provide a human touch and satisfaction to our customers. Refusing someone water when they've just purchased a fountain drink is incomprehensible to me. And then doubling down on Google Reviews, and yelling "HAVE A NICE DAY" at the end of your reply should only confirm to folks reading this that respect for the customer is a low priority here. If anyone happens to be reading this exchange, I think they'll be able to make their own decision on our respective characters. All I can do is provide my opinion. What I'm suggesting is that you treat your customers with respect and humanity. This reply makes twice in a single sandwich purchase that I feel treated like trash by you folks. Common human decency is not a lot to ask. As shocked as you were to receive one star, that's how shocked I was to be denied a glass of water for my 5 year old daughter who didn't want soda in her fountain drink cup that we had purchased. Shocked...

Sandwiches are very tasty. The Italian job is delicious and loaded. Get extra napkins for this one as it is extremely saucy. I didn't try it but the Ahi Tuna sandwich looked and smelled amazing! The bread is soft and there was 4 options available today (not sure if it's an everyday thing). Speaking of everyday things...the reason behind the 4 stars is the attitude of the older lady in chef gear running the register. I was looking at the website in the parking lot before they opened at 11am and they had a pulled pork sandwich. Unbeknownst to me it was their special last week. Im human and make mistakes and again it was my first time. Her response made me feel embarrassed and ashamed for asking for a sandwich. I was the second guest in this morning so maybe she was cranky but like I said mistakes happen and I would like to give this establishment another shot because while the interaction was less then desirable, the food was delicious.
It took between 15 to 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Im sure this wait would have been longer had I not been waiting in the parking lot to order. People were literally waiting in their cars before they opened. The sandwiches come with chips and a pickle. If you're looking for a dill pickle this is not your pickle. It tasts like a cucumber with a splash of vinegar. Its different but...
Read moreI have been waiting for a while for Kettlebread to open, and all I can say was it was worth the wait. My wife ordered our food (the reuben and the steak and cheese), and I left about 10 minutes after she ordered. When I pulled into the parking lot a woman came out as I was pulling into the parking spot with my order. That’s pretty awesome service considering the times we’re in right now.
As for the reuben, I got it on the Asiago cheese bun. It was amazing, the bun was soft, the meat melted in my mouth and their sauce...man oh man. My wife’s steak and cheese was great, I can’t speak in as much detail to hers though. Top it off with kettle chips and a pickle and I was satisfied. I’m not hungry, but not over-full, it was a good size sandwich and sides.
Their prices are VERY reasonable for what you’re getting. I saw on their menu the lobster grilled cheese for $17.99, I will be ordering that, no questions asked. And they even give you a hand wipe!
Overall, I give this a 5 star on google but would give it a 10/10 in general. This was the first time we ordered and it will most certainly not be the last.
Thank you for opening during the pandemic, this was a smart move on your part as we had been struggling to find some change in a town that has the same...
