Service was great. Tables are very close together.

My biggest issue is watching the female cook cross-contaminate everything she touched. Grabs raw bacon and then puts her hand in a bag of bread. Cracks an egg on the cutting board which spills raw egg and then proceeds to put toast on the raw egg to butter it. More raw bacon and then puts her hand in a container of chocolate chips. Cooked ham on the bone sitting on the counter being touched by dirty hands over and over and put on plates. The food was good but there is no way someone hasn't gotten sick. Wiping fingers on the same dirty rag over and over does not constitute cleaning your hands. It's very dangerous. Your kitchen is wide open for all to see. Just practice good kitchen etiquette. The food handlers course that you would have taken to obtain your license to handle food goes into great detail about cross-contamination. It was my first and last time due to the fear of being poisoned due to...

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Breakfast time here. The place is decorated adorably with country decor and has a warm cozy atmosphere. We decided to try ā€œTheir Homemade Stuffed Strawberry French Toast with Cornflake Crust ā€œ Which was Really Quite Delicious. The chef displayed it in our plates in such an elegant manner you almost didn’t want to ruin it by eating it. The staff was all polite and friendly. Great Coffee. Excellent Choice for Breakfast. Go see for yourself !! We will definitely be back 😊I rated them 5 stars for Food, Service and Atmosphere. The only one thing that couldn’t be helped was that we sat near the door because it was the only table available and with the high traffic of customers on a cold day it does get quite chilly every time customers...

My wife and I went her on Saturday, 9/14/19 to have breakfast before a day at the Big E. I ordered a Apple Fritter French Toast and my wife had a Mushroom Omelet. The French Toast was a special and a first time recipe for the chef Michelle. My wife's omelet was so large and filled with mushrooms I thought she would not be able to eat the whole thing. My Apple Fritter French Toast was so awesome and filling it Blew me away. You have to visit Gristmill Cafe! The owners are the BEST and so is the staff. They have gourmet breakfasts and comfort breakfasts for the best prices. You will never go away hungry and will never be broke from a very special place. Stop in and you will feel welcomed like your family. All I can say is awesome food, best prices, and great...

Spectacular breakfast, awesome service and the owner was super nice. Prices are super reasonable especially in the days we are where Taco Bell is 50 bucks. Our one year old was getting pretty loud so I shushed her- the owner saw and he came over and told us kids can be as loud as they want in his restaurant- anyone who didn’t like it could leave. He had my daughter laughing- it was just a super cool vibe. Had a hash brown casserole thing with their in house hot sauce, a burrito and peaches and cream stuffed French toast with a side of bacon. All top notch and the coffee cup never even gets to half empty. We will be back… apologies for pictures - forgot until we had already started eating lol

My husband was born and raised in Florida where biscuits and gravy are a breakfast staple. He said these were the best he has ever eaten! I had a ham and cheese omelette. It also came with hash browns and sourdough toast. I also ordered a blueberry pancake. The pancake was perfectly cooked and delicious! The omelette was HUGE and very tasty as well! It was stuffed with ham and cheese! Even with my husbands help, I left half of the omelette and most of the has browns. Very filling and delicious meal! Nice place to eat with excellent food! The owner even came out and talked with us to make sure our meal was satisfactory.

Alright.. alright.. another great American Diner.. a true mom and pop diner.. the sounds of people having good conversations.. with some laughter mixed in, as you listen to the kid's telling stories and the subdued sounds of silverware touching plates, makes for a great sunday breakfast/brunch. Food was great.. simple with its own touch (as it should be). I had the "Wick Special".. i wasnt disappointed..looking forward to trying some lunch specials in the very near future.. Rock on Guys..(and gurls.!!) Lol
