A hidden gem of Southwick. I have loved this place since I was in high school over a decade ago. I used to escape there and do my homework. Had a soothing atmosphere and it still does. Comfy places to sit. Bakery goods and sandwiches never disappoint. They’re always switching up their drink selections and service is always friendly and kind. But I haven’t even gotten to the best part yet: the chai lattes. I’m a diehard chai fan but have a hard time finding the perfect mix of sweet and spicy in my chai. This is hands down THE best place to get a chai latte that is made with care. Im writing this in the fall, and asked for a chai latte with oat milk and pumpkin. The sweet young woman working the counter suggested a pumpkin pie cream chai. It was absolutely perfect, and blows Starbucks out of the water. The cold foam was full of flavor, which is something most places fail at with a cold foam. Will always come back here to treat myself when...
Read moreFirst time here and the only thing they got right about my coffee was the size. I ordered a medium French Vanilla ice coffee with oat milk. What I got was a medium (yay!) blueberry (?) latte (I hate lattes) with cinnamon cold foam (?????)

It was great until the band basically told us to get out of their spot and listed off all the reasons why it was inconvenient for them but never once apologized? If you’re going to have a band set up somewhere, post it somewhere. Again first time here! That was really embarrassing. Once we were shunned from our spot, their tuning was enough where I couldn’t hear my dad talking. On Father’s Day… So no, I am not happy or impressed and I certainly won’t be coming here ever again or ever...
Read moreMy family has been coming here for years since our youngest attended Open Arms daycare next door. No matter where you sit you will find a comfortable chair. Service is great and their lattes are perfect. You have to come early to get a variety of baked goods, they sell out fast. Their soups and wraps are delicious.
I love the variety of bands that perform here, but I don’t understand why some are booked for Sunday afternoons. This is the busiest day. People come after church in groups to visit with one another and everyone has to shout over the music. No one is listening to the performer who is trying to sing over the crowd. This causes a very loud and chaotic...
