I wanted to take a moment and recognize the amazing service of all those at Big Hit Sportscards! A true one stop shop, whether is purchasing sealed product, breaks, to assistance with grading - Big Hit Sportscards DELIVERS!!!
One recent example of their amazing service was the service provided in regards to the Kyler Murray photo below.
I hit the card in an inferno break (big shout out to Jason for picking the cards that go into these packs), was provided amazing service discussing grading options, and the smooth grading process delivered by the shop! The guys at the shop effectively and timely communicated throughout the process and were always available for questions and updates. Once the card came back (in a very nice PSA 10 slab) the amazing service continued and the shop shipped the card direct to a buyer to save everyone some shipping cost.
Big Hit Sportscards - I want you all to know you are amazing and I’m happy to have you as my LCS [even from halfway across the country ;)]. You continue to deliver amazing, smooth and stress free customer service - always exceeding expectations every step of the way!
A big shout out and thank you to Big Hit...
Read moreThis is a cool store, with a nice setup. That being said, I am a yugioh player with a good deal of knowledge of the market. You recently started carrying them and I'm not surprised your selection is low, however, the person who told me the price for the cards I was interested in lost my sale because he doesn't understand how the market works. The man tried to sell me a $25 card for $100 and a $3 card for $60. The former price is the price that stores will sell to consumers as singles, not the price that stores get them for. I easily bought both cards from other stores online, but I wanted to support a local business and would've taken a ride for a few extra bucks if he knew what he was doing. Unfortunately he made it obvious that he didn't because I saw him on a 3rd party site looking at prices of the cards and still quoted me those prices. Always enjoy my time there, so thats why its a 3 star review. I will be back, but not for yugioh singles unless someone knowledgeable...

I walked in with a few cards to sell, and after nearly twenty minutes of standing at the counter and watching him sit at his computer, he finally acknowledged me. Never introduced himself, just grabbed the cards and rifled through them. Wasn’t interested in any of them, which is completely fine, I can’t force you to be interested. But when he was done rifling, he picked one card and held it up. Said, “worth about ten bucks, good luck,” and proceeded to lightly frisbee toss it back onto the other cards. Never waited for a response or allowed any other exchange before he turned his back and walked back to his computer.
At the time, I was new to all of this and it was absolutely embarrassing being treated that way. Definitely will not be back and if you’re new to this, maybe try a different spot with anyone else who has better...
