China Fun Restaurant — Restaurant in Spanish Fort

I’ve been going to China Fun since it open and I’ve always enjoyed their food; but recently I tried to order them through UberEats which I have done without issue. This time when I did my driver called to let me know the the restaurant was refusing to fulfill my order because they claimed to I didn’t pay enough for what I ordered; even though they set the prices on the app. I called the restaurant and the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and offer no solution to fix the issue. I asked her to cancel the order on her side because of this and she said she would; but she didn’t as after that driver left; Uber tried to send someone else. After contracting that driver and telling them not to go and a hour on the phone with Uber the order was finally cancelled. I know this doesn’t really mean much but they lost a loyal customer and the situation hurt my feelings as I’ve known the family for years. Speaking to them every time I’ve ran into them. May 6th 2024 update, horrible absolutely horrible and way overpriced, I think the Crab Rangoon was microwaved, Beef and Broccoli meat was tough honey chicken wings tastes nothing like honey chicken and was small and over cooked. $33 was put into garbage can. China fun you ought to be ashamed of yourselves!! I will never go back. China Chef is way better but over priced. 10/10/22 Everything has gone up because of Biden and his administration. Food is good but portions have gone down and prices gone up, egg rolls are pitiful in size. Do not go here! The girl who works the register is incredibly rude. She acted like I was a bother when taking my order and when I asked if I could add something to my order she literally rolled her eyes. Luckily, she didn’t play favorites because everyone who walked in for a pick up order was treated the same way. Someone certainly needs to spend some time with her on customer service best practices.
