Michaels — Local services in Spanish Fort

I had traveled to Foley one day because I was looking for Wooden letters (I believe) and other items. I had never been to this store before so I was a little lost. I could not find anyone to help me in this store. When I finally found someone I asked them a question of where the following items might be located or if she could show me. She gave me such a nasty look that screamed "why are you even talking to me or how dare you even ask me a question" She then proceeded to tell me "I don't know" and other stuff. She made me feel stupid, embarrassed, and upset. The few items I did have in my hand I put them back and left. I don't think I will ever come back to this store personally. It was very horrible and you should train your staff on being more friendly...

Found an old Artist print. in the attic and wanted to re-Matt as a Christmas gift. Brought to Michael’s Christmas eve day and Ann in the framing department took unbelievable care of me. In a conversation about our mothers, Ann learned that my mother recently passed away. Ann then introduced a preservation of her items in a shadow box. Midway through, Ann had me sold. On my way out, I noticed a perfectly gorgeous framed highlighted with silver on its edges. Recognizing it would be an incredible fit for my mom’s tribute, I bought it and asked Ann to frame the tribute with a black velvet Matt. Ann designed a pocket on its backside for the tribute booklet. It is gorgeous. Excellence and heartfelt care describes my visit....

Good selection of some niche tools and supplies. However at this location, went to checkout and the lady in front of me was told there was no 40% sale on candles that she wanted to purchase. She said she would double check and be back, I then proceeded to checkout, and the two girls cashiering today called her names and claimed she'd come back with a photoshopped image to try and save a buck. Gee, what a privilege to view 40% off of a $15 candle as $1. Anyways, I checkout, then go back to where the candles are, and here's my UN-PHOTOSHOPPED image attached. Sufficed to say the staff are ill-informed, unskilled in basic percentages, but more importantly just arrogant in this instance. Here's to hoping that this changes...
