Update: 11/19/24 Well we hoped 3rd time would be a charm but it wasn't. My family went in for hibachi and got sat at a clean table, however, cooktop was dirty. The hostess assured me that the chef would clean it well before cooking. The chef poured some water on it and wiped it down with a tooth and that was it. Our dinner was very salty and it was like chewing food covered in sand from whatever was left in the cooktop. It was terrible. The soup, salad, and appetizer were delicious though. We boxed the food and threw it away on our way into Michael's knowing we wouldn't eat it later and didn't feel right about even giving the meat to our dog. I overall, this visit cemented our decision to never return.
Update: 6/13/23 Tried this place again but this time as a togo order. Specified no sauce on the hibachi meal and white rice only. Meal still came with sauce on the meal which was an incredibly small portion of chicken and vegetables compared to what you pay for and get dining in, about half. The container has a massive amount of white rice which was helpful due to the extra paid for side of white rice as part of a shared meal charge being fried rice.

The staff was very dry and had no answers to our questions. The portions were the same price but smaller compared to us visiting last month. The eel sauce and all the other sauces did not taste the same as usual. It’s almost like the place is under new management. The manager or owner came out and was very rude. This place used to be great with awesome customer service and awesome food. Now the food is hit or miss with dry, rude employees and managers. I will not return because the manager or owner was rude. Read moreI finally tried this place for the first time last night. I ordered the Red Dragon sushi roll along with the Hibachi Filet Mignon. The Red Dragon roll was pretty good so I had high hopes about the Hibachi.
What a disappointment! The food was bland with little to no flavoring at all. The rice didn't taste like normal Hibachi fried rice like most other Hibachi restaurants serve. The steak was over cooked and wasn't seasoned in anything. I believe they bulk order their Yum Yum sauce because there was nothing yummy about it. It tasted mass produced. The portions were acceptable but the dinner plate didn't include noodles which was a shock. Every other Hibachi restaurant I've been to serves noodles on the dinner menu.
The service was good though. My waitress, Xia, was nice which prevented my experience from being a total bust. She was a little shy but at least she wasn't rude like some of the other reviews of the wait staff suggest. All in all, I'm not impressed and will likely not...
