Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Spanish Fort

Don't shop here if you shop with children, or anyone who might need a restroom during your visit. They refuse to open their bathrooms for anyone. I've asked multiple times to use their restrooms while shopping, usually with a full cart and they just say no. No explanation is given. Very unhelpful employees, I haven't encountered a kind one yet. No smiles ever, just blank unresponsive employees. Update: I contacted the district manager and they say the bathrooms are due to plumbing and that their employees will be more forthcoming from now on. Still that doesn't change the fact they have no restrooms, which still complicates shopping here with kids. I gave them a few extra stars for prompt communication and explanation as a company. I really hate when you go into a store and the cashiers ball your clothes up, they don't fold it and stuff your items in the plastic bag as if it was garbage. Take pride in your job and quit being lazy. Now my clothes are so wrinkled and said items are not able to be ironed because of the type of material. When I called just now to ask if I could swap the item the lady was rude and didn't end the conversation, but proceeded to just hang up. I just want to tell you if you aren't a people person or have a bad attitude don't work out in the public stay your rude butt at home. Nobody wants...

Very inconsiderate and poor customer service. I waited for a late cashier to arrive for the main associate to unlock the door to the restroom. After another 10 minutes, I asked the cashier about the lady assisting me. She was told that I had to wait because the floors were wet. I’m traveling and had over $200 worth of merchandise for my husband’s birthday and they still did not unlock the door. I left all items and went to another store. If you do not want to work in customer service and provide service to the customer………..PLEASE get out of this line of...
