Old Navy — Local services in Spanish Fort

Very poor customer service here. I was waiting in line and the cashier was having a hard time making a return for another customer. After 6 minutes of waiting, I started to become visibly impatient. The customer making the return looked at me and then back to the cashier and said "I don't want to hold anybody up." The cashier responded "he's fine." That bothered me.
