Sierra Electronics — Local services in Sparks

We called this company the day before we planned to be in Reno to see if they could program a radio that my boyfriend needed for work. They told him yes they could do it bring it in. So the next day we drove 280 plus miles to Reno and took a little detour to Sparks to drop off the radio to have it programmed. We then left to take care of our other business. During this time we get a phone call saying that he is not going to have time to program it today we told him that we were only in town for the day he said okay. A few more hours pass and we go to pick up the radio and it has NOT been programmed. I will never do business with Sierra Electronics nor will I recommend them to anyone. I did not want to give any stars but it forced me to select one although I can say you don't deserve even that one. You need a lesson in customer service. Believe me with social media the way it is these days I would suggest you improve on your customer service skills because this will not be my only negative post against your business. Never call back, never provide quotes when they are suppose to, arrange meetings for products to get quotes and they guy is never there. Had $10,000 dollars worth of work done a year ago, radio isn't working, spotlight isn't working. Stated they would fix it, took it in and radio and spotlight still isn't working.
