I have not been to this salon. BUT I just called to make a appointment. I go my nails done somewhere else. In one week one hand came off. I need the other hand of nails to be removed and a complete set done. I was informed since I didn't get them done at their mail salon they will not allow me to make an appointment. Specifically "we don't do that here " I've never saw a nail salon state they don't do removals and then new sets. Anyways probably better that way anyhow.
