I've been getting the same brand/flavor for over 3 years now and got a bottle from here that tasted pretty bad. I used it with different coils as well just in case it was the coil I was using, but it still tasted bad. That and the bottle top popped off the first time I went to use it and half of it went all over my clothes. That seal wasn't even sealing the bottle properly. Of course, that could be a manufacturer's defect, it's not their fault.

However, I went in to see if I could do an exchange and explained what happened, but they said it smelled and tasted fine to them, and that "they didn't know if I did something to the juice" in-between the time I purchased it.

I get it. You probably get people in all the time claiming this and that and trying to get something for free, but honestly this was the first time I ever had issues with you guys and you acted like I was a liar, and the man I spoke to even said he's seen me before, so obviously you know I'm somewhat of a regular.

Definitely changed my opinion of this place not just because I couldn't get an exchange, but because the juice you gave me was old/bad. You've lost me as a customer and I'll just have to tell others to steer clear...

So, we’ve been coming here for CBD cartridges, specifically the gold drops, and had a good experience until recently. The staff had said they were mixing crystal distillate with gold drops in custom cartridges. OK, that’s fine. But I think that it needs to be advertised that the establishment is creating these cartridges on their own. We’ve got a few opinions about these new cartridges that they’re creating and have been suggested to not use these simply because we know the integrity of the product or the ingredients. Additionally, I want to mention that sometimes the staff is very contradictory or unknowledgeable about some of the products they sell, including this one. Once again, that’s OK. As a consumer, you need to be proactive about the stuff you’re buying. In this case we are being proactive by accessing the recent product that was sold to us. As an FYI, these products cannot to be returned, it can only be exchanged. The people seem nice. It sounds like they have a good selection and decent prices. Two-stars because I was lied to about delivery. Im a trucker who was stuck here over the thanksgiving holiday and was about out of juice. I called and asked if they would deliver (around 10am). The guy was nice and said he’d send me some pictures and I could choose my juices. About four hours go by and I don’t hear anything so I call back. They were very nice and I picked my juices over the phone. They told me they’d deliver later once they left… I’m assuming this meant after the store closed (which is like midnight my time). So I stayed up late waiting for a delivery that never came. Why lie to me? Why not get ahold of me and say something came up? It’s bad business.
