Chavo’s Mexican Grill (Tortas Ebenezer) Sparks — Restaurant in Sparks

I asked for a torta combinada and they gave me a torta with only queso de puerco. No milanesa or other assortments of meats that they are known for. I drove back and was told that is how they make their tortas combinadas eventhough I have ordered them before and never ran into this issue. Granted, I did order two tortas with the other being queso de puerco, so I can see why the mistake is made, but they make big deal that I only brought back the torta that was wrong. Why would I drive back and forth on their mistake when it is obvious that they only plan to lie to cover up for their mistake. I have heard of similar stories from friends and aquatances and brushed them off since it had never happened to me. I can deal with a bad attitude but not being given the wrong order...

First time customer. I googled "Best torta in Sparks Nv" and this was on top of the list. I used the drive-up window to order a Torta, a Burrito and 6 Tacos. The order took a little while to get to me but it was made fresh to order so I wasn't complaining! I got my order and drove home to eat (about a 5 minute drive). I started with the Torta and was very pleased. It was not overloaded and falling apart like many others have done to me. Moist chicken and great bread. Google did not disappoint. The Burrito and Tacos were good too, but I was in a Torta mood. The green sauce made a great contribution. The girl at the window gave me a card to phone in my next order so I wouldn't have to wait next time as well. I think I will take her up on that offer. I...

Man the tortas at this establishment are delicious, I don't even know witch one is my favorite. The King Kong had me hooked for a while then I moved on to the Hawaiian. People can say what they want about pineapple in food but I think it's delicious. The Carnitas one is also fire and the Pierna uff bro. Y'all just have to try this...
