This is the worst PORT OF SUBS in the Reno/Sparks area. My order was wrong. The girl behind the table did not do my order as requested. I asked for a Number 1 with no pepperoni. I asked if I could have a replacement instead. She said yes. She gave me 2 1/2 end slices of capicolla. Which just happened to be the replacement meat that I had requested.i told her that the meat was a the end and no more can be shaved from that tiny end. She couldn't answer simple questions about the delivery service that they offer. Which is $10.00 by Doordash. The owner/manager came out from the bathroom. I had to ask him to put on gloves. I don't know if he heard me or not. He finished the prep of my sandwich. He opened a new Capicolla and added just 2 slices. The mayo/mustard mix tasted like it had been sitting out for days, the olives were hard around the edges, the lettuce was turning brown in it's container, the spinach was wilted, and the onions still had parts of the outside peeling still on it. The shakers were old and could use a good changing. The owner/ manager was rude. The food that was being heated smelled like stale stinking old meat. The bathroom had no toilet tissue. The floors needed to be cleaned and they should put out a rug or runner so that there wouldn't be any accidents. Why are they still in business at all. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PORT OF SUBS AGAIN. THEY ARE BY FAR THE NASTIEST AND MOST RUDEST SANDWICH SHOP EVER. I BEG YOU DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND/OR TIME GOING TO PORT OF SUBS SANDWICH SHOP AT:1658 PRATER WAY...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm a Reno native and I've been going to Porter subs since I was a little kid and I've always been able to get grated Parmesan on my Italian sandwich. This is the only location that has ever tried to charge me to put Parmesan cheese on top of my sandwich. I stopped going 100% to Subway. Because of the same type of silliness changing of rules that have been in effect for I'm 50 years old I've been eating this sandwich for over 40 years probably even younger than that like I said every location that I go to give you free Parmesan cheese on your sandwich. This is the only place in the world that won't next to deli town, USA, which tried to charge you extra for Parmesan cheese and it's like three dollars and guess what I'll never go there again either. To the best of subs location in town in the Galleria mall in Sparks, I just want to Send out a shot to you for doing business the right way. Keep your Parmesan cheese, bro. I will never eat here again unless all the location stop doing it and then I'll just do whatever I want. Good luck getting everyone to change dude I will forever. Talk shit about you in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love Port of Subs but what ever you do, Donāt go to this location. I honestly never write reviews but Iām so tired of getting ripped off from these people here. Last time a went, I bought a brownie that felt very light in my bag and the employee made sure she put it in there for me. When I got home, I realized that it was a dry piece chocolate cake that was baked and wrapped to look like a brownie. Today, I think āI just wonāt order a brownie and it will be fineā. Wrong again. I order a side of macaroni salad and again it feels really light. I open it and they put maybe a scoop in the cup and it was about 1/3 full (about four bites worth). On top of that, there was this hard and rubbery outer skin from the salami that tried to use as a slice in my sandwich that I nearly choked on. In this case, I think it was worse because they were taking advantage of the fact that I ordered through Uber eats and was not there to watch what...
