American Architectural Window & Door — Local services in Sparta Township

Last week I had all the windows in my townhome replaced by American Architectural Windows, all I can say is wow, they worked quick and efficiently and made my home look beautiful. With two small children and myself at home at the time of the installation one would think it would be a little hectic, that was not the case at all. I was met by the crew supervisor Justin in the morning and he had a game plan before I did, he told us to hang out in the bedroom and he would leave that room for last, drop cloths were placed throughout the Rooms and the install began, a few hours later one of the workers advised me I could come out so they could demo the last room, when I walked out of my bedroom and seen all the new windows in my home I was thrilled. They cleaned up so well I could not tell there had been a crew of 4 men in my home doing construction. Once the install was complete my windows were inspected and I was given a quick talk about some dos and donts regarding the new windows, then the crew departed and went to the next townhome. COVID practice was in place and that made it an even better experience. Professional, caring, and courteous are just a few words to express the crew I had in my home. Just wanted to leave this review to express how happy we are with the window replacement that was done in our building by American architectural window and door. We have many extremely large windows, some of which are 4 feet wide by almost 100 inches tall. The windows installed by AAWD operate wonderfully. We have received nothing but compliments from our residents regarding the new windows as well as the installation team who put them in. Some of the most kind respectful Courteous and most importantly, clean workers that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. American windows has been working at my grandmothers building for the last 2 weeks installing all the windows. They came to her apartment last week to install them, I was quite frightened because she is an elderly lady who cannot move to well on her own and I didn’t know if she would be in the way or feel uncomfortable in any way, when I tell you these guys went above and beyond to accommodate her I was left in awe. The team lead by Paulie worked quickly and efficiently to cover her apartment, move her several times to different areas where she would feel comfortable at, install beautiful windows and when I tell you Gio cleaned up better then I could that would be an understatement.
