I had a great experience at The Hardware Store of Sparta. I went in just looking for a screw to fit my slow cooker lid. The staff member was so kind and went above and beyond. He not only helped me find the right screw but also recognized how dangerous it would be if it fell into my food. So he took the time to fit the screw in the lid for me and even secure it with a lock nut, so I left with a safe and working appliance.

Out of the sixteen years I’ve lived in town, I’ve yet to have a single positive experience at this store. The parking is atrocious, the store is poorly stocked with overpriced products, and half the employees are in high school- which is fine if you’re selling frozen yogurt, but we’re talking home improvement.
