I don’t typically write reviews, but my recent experience at Kimbrell’s Furniture absolutely deserves recognition. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine professionalism. Every staff member I interacted with was not only friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help. It’s rare these days to come across a team so dedicated to making sure the customer feels heard, respected, and valued.

What stood out the most was how accommodating they were when it came to working out a payment plan that suited my budget. They took the time to understand my needs and didn’t push anything that felt out of reach. Instead, they created a plan that was completely manageable and didn’t burden me with outrageously high monthly payments. That kind of consideration is hard to come by—and honestly, words can’t fully express how surprised and impressed I am by the level of customer service I received.

I can confidently say I’ve never had an experience like this at any other furniture store. The entire team at this Kimbrell’s location went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Long story short: Awesome service on quality products.

Long story long: After searching weeks for the perfect couch, my wife and I entered Kimbrell’s furniture. Greeted by friendly sales staff and shown some pieces to get a feel for what we wanted. Not seeing exactly what we were looking for we decided to call it a day and go home. She stopped and sat on a couch to tie her shoe when she says “this is the one”. I sat down and it was the most comfortable couch I have ever been on. Fully customizable layout and great features. So we put a down payment on it and finished measuring out the living room. Decided to add an additional section and just make it the whole living room. They easily accommodated the order and set delivery date. Delivery was on time, professional, called ahead and super careful. Found a few imperfections (cracked foot, small tear in an ottoman, and a damaged pin) immediately called and spoke with a rep who then linked us with management and they took every route to make everything right. That is top notch customer service in my opinion. I will be buying from them in the future and have already informed them we will be seeing them soon. We bought a pub style dinette set for our lake house. Got 2 hours down the road and opened the box to carry in to house. As I carried the pieces in , I realized they had gave me the wrong table. No way could I pack it back up and take it back to Spartanburg 2 hours away to get the right one. Now we are stuck with a dark colored table set instead of the lighter colored one. NOT HAPPY. UPDATE: Kimbrells contacted me immediately after my review. They are looking in to see where exactly the mistake was made. I feel they are truly concerned about this matter. They are going to come up with a resolution . As for my in store experience, I couldn't ask for a more friendly staff at a furniture store. They were not pushy and gave us all the time needed to decide. A very nice group of folks. Yes, I recommend Kimbrells Furniture. Now, my experience with them is 5 stars. RESOLUTION: Kimbrells has resolved this matter. They are going to deliver the correct dinette set to our house in Cross Hill on a Saturday! That is awesome and fits my schedule perfectly.
