Spirit Halloween — Local services in Spartanburg

So I bought some wings from there. So I talked to a young guy who recommended the wings. So he told me "if the wings did not fit I can bring them back." So the wings did not fit on the part that's supposed to go around your arms. So I bought the wings that Saturday and I went back that Sunday before Halloween. Was told that "oh we cannot give you a refund or exchange after this date." I told him what the young guy told me less than 24 hours ago. I was told that "someone would never tell me anything like that." I remember what the young guy looks like and he wasn't working that day because I would have got him to say what he told me. Huge selections even on the day of Halloween. The staff seemed like they needed customer service and courtesy training. While a few customers including me were shopping they walk in front of us and would start taking surf down and moving it to another part of the store. No "Excuse me," "Can I help you?" or whatever. It was around lunchtime, not closing time. And their last day wasn't until November 2. The cashier was rude and charged me for 2 items I specifically told her were not mine. I bought a costume for my kid on Oct 22nd and turned out it was too big. The person at the counter said I could come back and exchange it if it didn't fit. So I came to exchange it on Oct 24th and they said they can't exchange passed the 23rd.... like seriously?? Halloween is the 31st not the 24th. So your screwing anybody that buys anything past the 23rd? No return or exchange? That's ridiculous and wrong.
