I am writing this review to discuss the very very poor customer service that I receive from a young Hispanic girl with a ponytail every time go there! I refer to her as a young girl because of her behavior,or the lack soical skills!. She speaks with a barely audible whisper at drive through that I have to strain to hear and when I ask her politely to repeat herself, she whispers even softer. After struggling through my horrible drive through experience, I drive around to pay just to be confronted with that girl with a very obvious scowl on her face as if she was disgusted to see me,because I asked her to speak up! Initially, for the last few months, I tried to chalk it up as she was new or she was having a bad day, but after my last experience with her today where she just literally took my card, walked away while my card was still in the machine and after a few minutes returned, handed me the card and food and shut the window and turned her back on me as if I was a nuisance to her. I dread every time I go to the drive through,because I know she will be the one to take my order and give me unwarranted disgust and attitude!! I've worked in hospitality services before and understand the frustration it can bring on busy days, but attitudes,disgust,disrespect scowling faces are not part of customer service for any job! Why is she allowed to continue to work there?! This individual is a reflection of this particular restaurant as a whole, which is disheartening, because everyone else there displays appropriate to excellent customer service skills at all times,even during a rush. Therefore, I thanks those staff members,but as for that young Hispanic girl that works at drive through needs to be psycheducated in how to interact with others utilizing appropriate...
Read moreI pulled up to drive thru and ordered a steak biscuit combo. I am on my lunch break from work. The automated AI told me that it would be 5 minutes on the steak and that was fine because there were about 4 cars ahead of me in the line and I have an hour for lunch break. I looked at the clock and it was 1208pm. I finally got up to the window at 1228pm and the girl at the window takes my payment first and then tells me that it's going to be 5 minutes on the steak that I had ordered 20 minutes prior to pulling up to the window. She asked if I wanted to wait?? Well, no I didn't want to wait any longer because I had already been in the line for 20 minutes and the steak should have been cooked in that 20 minute time frame while I was sitting in line waiting. If she hadn't already taken my debit card payment, I would have just left without getting anything but since she had already run my card, I asked if she could just give me a chicken biscuit instead. After several minutes and confusion on their part, she finally gave me the chicken biscuit with a half-filled pack of burnt fries. This is the fourth time I have had to wait 20 plus minutes in this drive thru and they are not busy at all. The service is the worst I have ever encountered anywhere, ever. I will not be back again. It's not worth my time or money. The people don't seem to care about customer service at this location. Corporate needs to do something about...
Read moreI pulled up to the drive thru. There was no one ahead of me. Wait 3 mins no one even acknowledge I was there. Now 3 mins. May not seem long but I work in retail. So put yourself on hold and don't look at the timer and you will see that 30 seconds will seem like 2 mins. So I pull around and go inside, there was a couple in front of me. No problem except the man want to know if they could make a fresh pot of coffee, because the young lady said it was not fresh. The young lady yells and asked and they answer yelling back regular or decaffeinated. She yelled back regular. She then ask me what do you want???. Not can I help you....so I start to tell her. She got two items from me before someone yells at her about another order and she just walks off. I wait think she will be right back.....no she stands there and talks to another employee...then another....and then I guess the manger. I left. Bojangles is not cheap you lost out . Do not know who runs the night shift at this location but they are terrible. Morning shift they are on it. Always great service. But then again not a bunch of kids working the morning shift.. Will not be back in...
