Very bad first experience. Getting married and the employee I believe her name was Natalie or something similar to that was extreme rude. I'm getting married next year and because I was not getting married "tomorrow " she assumed I was just looking when actually I am from out of town and was in town only a week and was purchasing early. Well she pulled styles since I never tried on dresses before I had no idea what I might like. The ones she pulled I didn't like and she was talking about me to the co workers and I over heard her. Called to complain and even the manager apologized then she said I still have "time" and don't have to do such a big purchase right now. It seemed they were trying to talk me OUT of buying more than talk me in??? The most bizarre experience ever. So I left and went to David bridal where I had a great experience and found my dress! And purchased it so The Castle you just lost a sale and any future business I will give you. && To add I am in town because all my family is here. I drove 7 hours from Virginia just for this experience! And the girl found out I was from Virginia from my mother yet she still did not treat this as a buying experience. She gave me NO information on purchasing the dress. She just gave me a card. I actually found a dress I wanted but the experience was terrible!!!! I can not believe it. I will not recommend this place but David bridal down the street from them is phenomenal! They actually told me it was SMART to buy early and get that part out the way. Beyond disappointed and talk about the worst experience as a first time bride....

The Castle Prom and Bridal is the place that I purchased all 3 prom dresses in high-school and it was surely the FIRST place I thought of when I began shopping for my wedding gown! The staff has always gone out of their way to make sure that I was going to look my best, in a sense, I even felt like family! Due to it being a local shop, they generally remember their customers or at least I notice they strive to make a more one-on-one and personal experience instead of me being just "another customer". The vast selection is so helpful in making me feel certain that THIS IS the perfect dress for me (without being left feeling as if I need to "shop around" before purchasing). Along with going out of their way, I felt as if I was helped yet not pressured, which is a breath of fresh air compared to some other places I've heard about. Wedding bliss can be wonderful, but we all know it can also be a bit stressful; however, thanks to The Castle Prom and Bridal my wedding dress and bridesmaids selection was easy, stress free, affordable, and enjoyable! Any chance I get... I recommend The Castle. They're always there to answer any questions, to the best of their ability! And once again going that extra mile to even make sure I'm aware of other "how-to's" and final procedures (I would've forgotten about) such as alterations, bustling my gown, and steaming the dresses before my wedding day! My favorite, one stop shop... shoes, accessories, jewelry, dresses, and an overall great experience is for sure The Castle!...

WOW!!! I am so impressed with this bridal store. Before coming here I went to David’s bridal where I was very disappointed, nothing fit me or looked good on me. It all felt super cheap and itchy. BUT... when I got to the castle my whole day changed. LeAna was my consultant. She started off by asking me about my style and what I liked. Her and a few other girls went out and picked some dresses out for me. At first I wondered why I didn’t get to pick them out but you’ll see why soon. They came back with so many dresses that were exactly my style. The coolest part was they didn’t even ask me my size but every single dress they brought back fit me perfectly, it’s like they knew me better than I know my self. I was so shocked at how amazing and professional this place was. These dresses were absolutely stunning. They felt so comfortable and made me feel like a bride. They took their time with me and made me feel so special throughout the whole appointment. I was a little indecisive on a few dresses that I loved and they even let me retry dresses on 3-4 times. They are so patient and helpful. I have never been anywhere and had this great of service. I am still shocked at how amazing the castle truly is. I will always recommend anyone I know to go here.
