Smalls is one of the best burgers I’ve had. They even beat out a popular competitor in the area. The burgers have the perfect amount of crisp on them, and the cheese melted perfectly to cover the burger. The buns are crisp and soft all at the same time. The only thing I wish they had was grilled onions. Then it would be chefs kiss for a slider. Pair them with the queso dip and you have a slider you will want to come back for again and again.
The seasoned waffle fries are good and crispy. Add the queso dip to those and it was like heaven in my mouth. And, it wasn’t because I was hungry either.
As for the size of the meal and pricing, I think it’s spot on. For me I had two sliders with double meat and cheese, a ton of seasoned waffle fries, and a large drink. I paid less here than if I would’ve went to McDonald’s and got meat that had been sitting for 30 minutes in a warmer. Everything was fresh. I paid $14 for it all. That was for a large. Add in my husband’s meal and we paid about $30.
Well worth the $30 we paid.
For those who have said the burgers are small…these are sliders, they are not full hamburgers. Big difference in the...
Read moreOkay, in the wake of everything is overpriced-this place is that. Some would say you’re either paying for the experience or you’re paying for the food portion. In this case, I find neither to be true. It’s sliders... no wow factor. Tastes fine but again, they can taste fine from my own kitchen, and cost less. The real disappointment, the menu lacks variety and the portion size fits the name: SMALL(s). Spent $14 and change on two #1s and they were served in what some may call “to go boxes for a side salad.” I had exactly 5 waffle fries and a slider. The wait was unnecessarily long. There are two lines but one person working both.
Things to improve on if price point is staying the same: menu variety (not just burger sliders); improving staff availability (inside was crowded full of young girls, yet outside the line grows longer bc only one person is working both lines); and portion sizes: for the price, I shouldn’t still be hungry after eating here and paying what was paid. It’s more like a snack rather than a meal.
Hopefully with improvements in mind over time, this place can garner a reputation worthy of the cost...
Read moreDate: 02/27/2025 Went out to Small Sliders today after a morning of some errands. So I figure I would go sit down and enjoy the sun with a little lunch. Admittedly I was excited to find out what the hype was about. The bright orange building and the nicely positioned outdoor sitting area, and good music. Created an atmosphere unmatched for any fast food chain in the area. After ordering my food, I sat down and waited maybe 5minutes at most. Which was great for a place as busy as this. I ordered two 2 sliders, with the fries and added bacon to one, no pickles on none. When I first opened the box my first impression was that they skimped on the fries. However, what I was looking forward to was the burger. Hear me out, the burger was Good! It was not better than any burger I have had from McDonald’s, Burger King or whataburger. The fries, I feel I can get them from the frozen food section. What really disappointed me was the fact there was no ranch.
All in all, the food was good but not memorable. The atmosphere is good, and it is different than any other fast food chain I’ve been too....
