This was the worst experience i have had at any fast food restaurant. My 2017-07-07 at 5:49 PM. My family and I went through the drive through. When we pulled up to the window the Shift Manager Mrs. A. Scott informed us it would be a 15 min wait on chicken fingers, and asked if we wanted to wait. This is a bit long but we were having a good day so we decide to wait. They asked us to pull up to the front double doors and someone would bring out our food as soon as it was ready. 30 mins later I entered the store [ #D121004 ] and asked they cashier if I could get my order. She was very polite and asked the crew members to make my order. I waited another 10 mins my order was still not made. At this point I asked the cashier to get the manager because I wanted a refund. She came back and told me she was busy and that should would be out in a moment. Ten mins passed and She still was in the office. I waited for the line to clear and asked the cashier to go and get the manager again. Again i was told she was busy. I had enough I informed the cashier to go and tell her manager to come up and give me my refund. If i needed to cause a scene to get her to come the front I would be more than happy too. After an hour of waiting on my food and 20 mins for a refund I was Pissed off to say the least. This time I did not have to wait long the manager came out and gave me i refund. She was rude did not even try to apologize for the wait or the need for a refund. I waited an hour for a drive through order just to get a refund so I could go to McDonalds. McDonalds @7661 Greenville Hwy Spartanburg, SC 29301, was out standing. I received my order with in 8 min. I had to wait for fresh fries. The Cashier Quaneka Clarke was Great. She was friendly and was even able to calm me down after having to deal with KFC The Shift Manager at McDonalds was name Maria. She ran a very good shift and she was very friendly as well. I hope people who see this will consider going to this McDonalds in the future. I will not nor will anyone I know be visiting this KFC ever again. I will go to McDonalds...
Read moreI prepaid for my meal because there were no original legs left to complete my order. When I came back 40 mins later. I was again told there were no legs by three different employees after they were aware I came back to get the food I prepaid for. The staff was upset with me, why I don't know! I came back again 20 mins later to hopefully get my meal and I did not get my drink that came with it. They had me waiting and the female at the window did absolutely nothing but give orders that was not fulfilled in a timely manner and slammed the drive thru window as if I was in her way. I pulled and waited for a few mins but no one ever came to bring my drink. I left and came back, politely asked for my drink and was giving a multitude of attitudes all because I wanted what I paid after waiting almost two hours to get. I barely go to KFC in Spartanburg because I never get professionalism or my correct order, on top of that, I have to deal rude and disrespectful attitudes as if I did something wrong. I usually do leave negative comments I would never go back again, but this experience was beyond anything I am use to when ordering food I have to consume. After finally getting my drink I asked for a cup of ice. The employee walked away and the female at the window did nothing but give orders that was not carried out. I left. I was furious and refuse show them my anger to stooped to their ignorant level, so this is why Im doing this review. I completely forgot about everything I had to do afterwards, my evening was totally ruined and I did nothing but be respectful and wanted the things I prepaid for. Read moreI will not be returning to this KFC. We placed our semi big order (16 piece family bucket- $50 order) right around 6:50 this evening. After we got our drinks and went to sit down. The young lady came over to us at 7:18 to tell us they didn't have any crispy chicken. They had served several customers inside and several cars I the drive thru. We assumed they were fixing smaller orders or sandwiches so we were patient and didn't mind to much. I was slightly annoyed they waited so long just to tellus they didn't have any of the chicken We ordered but we agreed to original since we were hungry and waited so long. After we finally got the food, we had to go bank and ask for plates..we ordered it eat in.. And then back again for gravy. The potatoe wedges were cold and tasted old and there were barely any in our "large size". Even though we paid for 4 large sides there was also hardly any mac and cheese. And the biscutes were cold. The chicken skin was soggy in spots but barely room temperature. When we finished we packed up. My husband had to go up twice to ask for a bucket lid, wrong size first time. And my oldest son had to go up and ask twice to get a large plastic bag because they gave him a small paper one first. Halfway through our meal, I noticed even the buckets our chicken came in were dirty on the sides. 😷
The girl taking the order was very kind but that was the only decent part of our experience. None of the other team members seemed in a hurry to acknowledge ANYONE who came up to the counter for anything. Absolutely NOT worth the $50 we paid for that quality or service. We will...
