Nice guys. But a few things. The quote I got was much lower than what it ended up costing for an alarm. I was under the assumption it was a fixed install price, no it's by the hour, it took an hour longer so it was $75 more than what was quoted. Not the end of the world I guess.

I picked up my car, b.s.'d with them a bit and then headed back to work. A wire harness was dangling down from below the dash, not a big deal, I can always shove that back up in there. Got to work, lights don't flash. I also noticed where they put the led indicator light the installer cracked the plastic. Always predrill in plastics! Rookie mistake but again not the end of the world, it's not a Mercedes. I also noticed the bevel for the led was missing.

It's like a little holder piece. You drill a hole shove this bevel in the hole that's drilled, it has tabs that hold the bevel to the plastic and then the led slides in that bevel from behind. It makes it a clean look around the led and allows for more install areas. I found the bevel on the floor and decided I would reinstall it to be more anesthetic later.

So I called asked about the harness and lights, kid was all about covering his butt, lots of excuses, naw kid just say OK sorry I'll fix, who cares who's wrong or right? I told him to stop sweating it. I threw the bevel into my center change holder and drove back. It was fixed and off I went. When I got home I looked for the bevel and it was gone, kid saw the part and threw it? So it's a hokey looking install from the dash but hopefully all good where it counts. They say the art is in the details, and they lack in the details. LoL. I would take this car back to them but no way I'd take my rebuild to them, where all the details matter. Nice guys though,...

Aspen Sound went above and beyond in every way imaginable. We had our Jeep’s windows tinted by them and were initially very happy. But after a road trip, we noticed a few issues—a slight rattle in a door trim panel, a couple of small flaws in the tint on the rear passenger door and liftgate, and a high-mounted brake light that had stopped working.

I was honestly nervous about bringing these issues up, not knowing what kind of response we'd get. But Aspen completely blew us away with their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

They got us in quickly, no hassle. Not only did they re-tint the windows that had issues, but they also fixed the door panel—which turned out to have broken tabs causing the rattle—and diagnosed and repaired the brake light wiring problem. Then they called to say everything was taken care of and there would be no additional charge.

No pushback, no hassle—just genuine care and top-tier service. The entire team was friendly, helpful, and solution-focused. I can’t thank Aspen enough for making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Truly an awesome experience from start to finish!

I had all my windows tinted on my car at Aspen Sound. After receiving the car and driving it home I noticed there were a ton of bubbles. I'm not talking about a few here and there, I mean I counted up to 30 of them and then gave up. Upon calling them they told me they would go away after a week (spoiler alert: they didn't). I took the car back and showed them the piss poor work and they said they'd have the manager call me back when he arrives the next day. After getting home I noticed that their technicians had damaged my car in THREE separate locations and didn't say a peep about it. At this point I didn't want them to redo it out of fear they'd damage my car again. I just wanted my money back so I could have an actual professional rip off their awful tint (which by the way had a weird brown color to it) and do a proper job. Their manager refused to issue a refund, only offering to redo the tint. I had to go through my bank/credit card company to get my money back.
