In the morning I made a stop looking for a 15-pin monitor cable, I looked for a little bit and then asked if they had the cable. Both sales people stated no, then stated I think we do...if we did it would be on the other side of where you were looking. So back I went and immediately found the correct cable. I believe people make the company and the experience. I have been in several times to get something printed. I have been lucky to get a guy named Roger to help me each time. He is so patient, kind and helpful. One of the times I went in I wasn’t exactly sure how I wanted the project to turn out but he was so helpful and able to play with it till I was happy with how it turned out. I was a little flustered this evening, but I wanted to get some important business documents printed out in the print service area right away. I was warmly greeted and my document was printed post haste. I was treated with care when I had to return to the counter for a pen as there were none at the finishing table. This visit was happily brought to a close by the same kind person checking me out with due diligence to my payment and envelope concerns.
