I was trying to see about a purchase of a corset for Halloween weekend. This was a Saturday 11/26/24. I got there at 10:17, which the store opened at 10am. There was a sign that said be back in 10 minutes. I waited and waited. 2 other people pulled up then ended up leaving. I called another store and notified the gal that noone was there, lights were on etc. She stated she would reach out to the manager that should be opening. I called her back in 5ish minutes, and she said he stated he was a couple minutes away as the opener got hung up in the bank line. The guy finally showed up at 10:37. First off, the bank opens at 9am. EVEN IF a person was to get "hung up in line" which never happens on a Saturday morning.. there's NO way it would take an 1.2 hrs to get a drop done. Literally no way.... Once the guy arrives, he doesn't even notify me the door was open. He was trying to sneak in to make it seem like he had been there but then saw me staring at him. He was caught in a lie and it was very noticeable and he is the MANAGER! I walk in he says, "sorry about that I got caught up in line at the bank". I couldn't even shop, it was so frustrating as by the time I got in there I didn't have time as I had to pick someone up by 11... The employee was very rude, used a condescend tone of voice and should now be employed there. They treated me like I was a huge inconvenience as a customer! Asked a few questions and refused to answer.. this kind of treatment is how you lose customers!

We will not ever give this place our business until they get people who treat people with respect and dignity!

I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere!

Very professional and friendly customer service.. did not hover. Store was very clean and did not have any kind of odor. Products placed nicely and not all cluttered with no room to move. I was very surprised with this adult store. Good selection!

Cons- Over priced as you can get the same products online for almost half the price on some things. My opinion is mark up is you should expect to pay 20%-40% more...

While on a business trip in Spokane with my wife, we sought to find something alluring. Upon entering an empty store, two associates remained silent at the counter. Despite this, we located our desired items along the back wall. To our surprise, another customer entered, receiving warm greetings from both associates.
