Northwest Winterfest — Local services in Spokane Valley

After attending Northwest Winterfest 2021, we decided to go back this year with friends, their spouses, and children. Everyone had a marvelous time at Northwest Winterfest 2022!

Having most of the displays indoors this year allowed for a more relaxed experience, as our group was able to slowly make our way through each building and admire the beautiful lights. Staff were friendly and the event was well-organized so foot traffic didn't feel too crowded. We were happy to see a few vendors this year, and a couple purchases were made from our group (we appreciate that someone shared their butter cookies - delicious!).

This is a beautiful family friendly event that is so unique and yet filled with holiday spirit! I hope to make it an annual tradition to spend an evening here every season with my family. The pictures don't do it justice either -- you will be blown away! Northwest Winterfest is so joyful and immersive and luminous. Plan to spend 1-2 hours at least. On the night we went, we were able to enjoy some traditional Chinese dance performances, my kiddo enjoyed the "snowball fight" play area and the giant piano to hop on, and we even had a delicious barbecue pork dinner at the event. This was a really unique experience. The detail that goes into each is incredible. Was able to talk to one of the artists that was in the process of painting a Christmas tree and got to learn how much more goes into it!

My 6 yr old loved it and we got to learn about different countries, she oohed and awed over all the characters and displays. She even played on the giant piano.
