I use to order salads a lot but I never do from here anymore (or anything else for that matter) because several times in a row my order was wrong...it would be the salad base of one kind with the toppings that were meant for a different kind and a dressing that didn't compliment either of them. Twice they had actually opened the dressing and poured it in the center...both times I brought it in (from drive thru) and both times the same guy refused to exchange it. That all kinda ruined my Jack's experiences which is a bummer because I loved going there and use to go several times a week...now, unfortunately, it's been almost two years since I've been there. Of all the reasons why a person could possibly start refusing to give business to a certain establishment, it's pretty bad to completely lose a (5-7 visits per week) customer solely due to staff intentionally messing with the food (wrong topping, pouring dressing on [the dressing should ONLY be opened by the customers], etc) then followed by management flat out not doing his job!! All things that could have avoided...easily avoided!!! OH HELL NO! Against my better judgment, I stopped at Jack's because my friend and I wanted Oreo shakes. The guy working the front counter at 10:30am should NOT be on a register until he receives a lot more training (in numerous departments). The line was all the way to the door and he was doing something with his register. Finally I asked if we could get rung up with the drive thru register which he did but then he said he couldn't break a $100 because he didn't have the change even though I saw that he. I asked him to go get the manager but instead he went and asked the manager to break it and then came back and said the manager didn't have change either. FINALLY he got around to making the shakes. I'm curious in the people at Jack's know that it's a fastfood restaurant because it took 20 minutes to get two shakes and when we got there other than a person ordering there was nobody in front of us...by the time we left 20 mins later the line was all the way to the door...that's ridiculous]!! Next time I'll have to make due with a shake from...

Read moreI don’t normally leave reviews, but tonight’s experience was so odd and unprofessional that I feel obligated to speak up
Earlier this evening, my wife went through the drive-thru to place a simple order. From the moment she pulled up to the speaker, Justin began speaking in a strange, off-putting voice — one that immediately made her uncomfortable. Despite that, she placed the order and came home, only for us to realize that a large curly fry was missing.
I returned to the location to have the issue corrected. When I pulled up to the speaker, Justin once again used a bizarre voice (a poorly executed dude where’s my car joke.) When I asked to review the receipt, he initially refused. A moment later, he appeared at the window and handed me a bag of fries — but not curly fries. I didn’t touch the bag and clarified that our order specifically called for large curly fries. Justin seemed irritated but said nothing and shut the window.
After what looked like a huddle with his coworkers at the fry station, he returned and told me, “The fries were in the bag, sir.” They weren’t. When I disagreed, he told me I needed to leave and slammed the window in my face.
Here’s the issue: • A refund or correct food would’ve resolved this, it was an easy fix. • Instead, Justin doubled down with dismissive behavior. • No apology. No accountability. Just attitude and gaslighting.
If Jack in the Box has any standard for customer service, this behavior needs to be addressed. I sincerely hope he receives proper customer service training before being allowed to interact with another paying customer, especially over a speaker where tone and clarity matter.
Until then, we won’t be returning to this location and I’d caution others to think...
