Terrible customer service, rude attitude towards the customer, some expired product on the shelfs.I was a customer at this store for several years but lately customer service and attitude of the sales personnel is dromaticaly declined. Today on September 13 I was going to buy some grocery at this location but experienced unpleasant rude attitude of sales person at the register. She tried to change me more over the tag price . After the visit, I felt as if I had visited the Soviet Union. Handwritten notes, expired products, people who come to buy bread even before this bread goes on sale. Also, the name of the store should be changed, it is strange to sell Russian goods in a store with the name of the Ukrainian capital, which is being attacked by RUSSIA. I go here for tea all the time, because making my own is so much cheaper than buying bottles of already made in American stores. But this last time they were out of my Earl Grey that comes with an etched glass mug, so I was disappointed, but the lady who runs the store made a note to have it resupplied with the glass mug. I think she's a model for other store managers to demonstrate that they care about their customers...
