Mattress Firm Sprague — Hotel in Spokane Valley

I bought an adjustable bed, mattress, mattress cover, pillow and pillow protector from this business. Autumn was the salesperson and she was very helpful and forthcoming. However, she also talked me into buying a pillow protector that was twice the size of my actual pillow and which was not refundable because it was on sale. She tried to charge me twice for shipping, which I caught at once, and also threw in a $149 warranty that I didn't ask for, but they did take that off when I called. Then she decided I needed to sign up for their Progressive Leasing program, telling me that even though my credit score is 820, my credit is poor because it's been so long since I bought anything on credit and this will give me better credit. I don't know if that's true or not because when I finally got through to Progressive Leasing, they wanted me to scan and send them my Drivers License and my Social Security Card just to use their website to make payments because she had given them the wrong birth date. I paid them in full rather than go through any more stupid hassles. Nothing wrong with the bed or pillow, but a super pain in the butt because of poor customer service. Samantha at Mattress Firm was incredible during our search for a new mattress! We spoke on the phone before my husband and I arrived at the store. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the variety of products available in the store, but also throughout the Spokane area Mattress Firm locations. Since she was so friendly and helpful on the phone, we wanted to make the trip today because she was going to be working in another location the following day and we really wanted her to get full credit if we purchased a new mattress. She had four or five different mattresses chosen based on our criteria and budget. Samantha allowed us to take our time to decide which mattress was going to be the best fit, even working a little past closing time to make our experience enjoyable and stress free. A friend of mine informed me that one of her Friends had posted a sale on Weighted Blankets. So we decided to come in as we have been very interested in them. We heard they are great for anxiety and just helping you nervous system relax. The Salesman Orin was great. He explained the benefits of them and really just re-iterated how great they are to help relax us. Not only that but we are on a very tight budget so even though they were already extremely well priced he went out of his way to make sure I could get one for all of us under the original price of just 1!!!! I was amazed at how kind and thoughtful he was and he even showed my 10 year old a bed that goes up and down and vibrates. He thought that was the coolest thing ever lol.
