3 different shifts.
3 Different people.
1 horrible unified attitude.
Every time I've come here as an Uber Eats driver the last 3 days it's been a joke of no one cares about their job. Ohhhh it shows!!!!!!
2 of the cashier's and 1 scruffy looking dude whom I thought was homeless (this guy even lit a cigarette in the store while making a sad attempt at intimidating me) have delivered world class C-R-A-P service across the board. Good job folks!!
They must think it's funny to attempt getting back at the food delivery service guy by taking even longer on the order. Let alone tossing the people food on the counter with no respect. And even had the nerve to lie to Uber support and say I already had 1 of the orders that I was waiting for for 18 1/2 minutes.
If ya guys don't like where ya work find employment elsewhere. Sad thing is I was able to record this world class service all 3 times to prove to my customer service support what these people are pulling.
Right like youre really stickin it to me. Woo.....wow what a lesson..... Wait, No, again ya were showing your maturity and are just screwing the paying customer.....
I hope management of the store has standards. Like the one you were supposed to be hiring people with.....

Management, you've failed. Would love to come in to point out the 3 problems you've got behind the counter. But considering you put em there.....😬😬😬

Read moreThis was a few days ago but I just realized I could post this here. I gave this two stars since I really like the food here and will probably return, just during different hours. I ordered the new $4.99 sourdough patty melt but decided to upside it to a double patty instead and got another $4.99 one with just the single patty for my sister. Paid for that and then received two single patties. That was fine, as I work in fast food as well and understand that if I just call them I'll probably get it remade. So I call them and they ask if I can come back today with the receipt and the burger. I say yes however there was no apology but I just blew it off as they forgot (Although I always make sure to apologize if this happens at the restaurant I work at).I come back and it's same guy at the window and he explains that cook thought he heard two singles patties and that they would remake it. Again no apology. The guy wanted the receipt and the burger, which I wondered why he wanted to take the burger back since at our restaurant we have a don't take things back through the window policy, but I figured it maybe was just my restuarant that does this. Then what I assume is his manager comes along and just grabs the bag for my burger, looks annoyed at us, and says "here you go" and proceeds to shut the window. AGAIN no apology, and no compensation whatsoever for getting our order wrong. This girl also looked like she was getting ready to get off shift as she was wearing a sweatshirt, so maybe that is why she acted this way?? I don't know but I think if most restaurants (including ours since we actually give away free 'make-up' cards if we mess up a order or take too long on orders) compensate you or at least apologize then it should be expected that you do that as well??? Read moreI show up, I wait at the menu for 5 minutes, nobody greeted me so I pulled up to the window I ordered a loaded mini tacos, a sourdough chicken, and a plain double cheeseburger. I get home in suncrest, open the food and the loaded mini tacos are plain. There's nothing loaded about them. So I call the store, inform them of the issue, the guy asks me "do you still have the food" I stated yes I do. Then he says "hang on" puts me on hold, and then hangs up on me. I tried to call back and it rang for 5 minutes before I hung up. I will be going in to speak with management in the morning.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Went to the store on nw Blvd and Maple, sat in drive thru for 5 minutes before I asked if anyone was there.. parking lot was empty, drive-thru was also empty... I was ignored for another couple minutes, and then a female came on the speaker box, very rudely said "I'll be right with you"... I sat there for another few minutes, she came back and said "what do you want" I placed my order, asked for shake and was told "yea, the shake machine is down". So I requested an orange vanilla drink. I was told "we don't have a drink like that" I then reminded them they have "over 100 different drinks".. she then admitted they do have an orange vanilla drink. Was asked "is that everything" I said yes, and then she said "the total is at the bottom of the screen"
