Went to the Spokane fair in search of buying 80 sticks of incense ($8 total) and I did so. After I had smelt all of the different scents, I asked for 4 bags to keep 20 of my 4 favorite scents in. When I handed THE OWNER my money she refused to give me my change because she "saw me put incense in my backpack" and that in my bags of incense she counted 22 in each bag.
