let me begin with I've never made a bad review before but after my experience with these guys I've gotta say something (i also realized I cant post my full response but here's a brief summery). I bought a Samsung washer and dryer from them for $750. Washer never could do a proper load without throwing ul and ub codes and it kept filling up with nasty gunk. Pulled the agitator off to find sludge underneath the agitator and around the underside of drum. they wont clean washers throughly because they would have to charge more for them (straight word for word from their tech) they also require you to bring the washer there and you cant test it their to make sure it works before bringing it home (i had already paid for the washer mind you). had to wait a week for them to fix the washer only to then bring it home and have it throw codes at me again. tech also tells me that all their washers will have gunk in them. Also that if they cant get it to throw codes at their store they cant fix mine or give me a replacement. low and behold they said they couldnt get it throw codes at the shop when i brought it in for the 3rd time. Went home and its throwing codes agin... By the end of it we ended up going to freds appliances and they gave me a deal on a new washer, a better warranty, and they go to your house to fix it. i already know you guys are gonna pin some blame on me for opening it up but theres no way you can sell washers that look like this on the inside. one more thing their tech is gonna say whatever to you to make a sale, very scummy buisness and will refer to as many people possible to never come to your store. heres some pics of the drum, i cant imagine how it looked when i first got it and did the...

I bought a used washer and dryer set from this place about two years ago. Initially the dryer started having issues about a week after it was delivered. The dryer would run but wouldn’t heat up so they sent out a technician who fixed the problem. However just a few days later the issue happened again. They came out once more and replaced additional parts and the dryer worked fine for a while until the problem returned yet again. At this point I was just outside their two week purchase guarantee but they decided to make an exception and sent a technician to fix it. This time they replaced every part they could think of and it worked fine for a few weeks before breaking down again. When I called them about the issue they initially tried to blame me saying I was overloading the dryer and not cleaning the lint filter after every use. This left a bitter feeling because this was far from the truth as you shouldn't blame someone for a fault product. Eventually they told me I could bring the dryer back and exchange it for one at a similar price. I did and I haven’t had any problems with the replacement since. While I appreciate that they honored their warranty I’m disappointed in how they handled the situation at first especially by trying to shift the blame of the faulty dryer on me. So. We had a very normal and to-standard experience with this business. We came in on a late Saturday afternoon, looked at the inventory, spent Sunday discussing options, and showed back up Monday morning and purchased a washer and dryer combo set. They delivered and installed, no problem.

I had a very normal and respectful interaction with the salesman, the same man we finalized the purchase with on Monday morning.

My only concern during this process was what happens if we get them delivered and they do not work. We opted to let them do the installation because they promised if the machines didn't function when they installed them, they would at that moment re-load them and take them back to their shop. But the washer and dryer did work, and we have now ran it a few times ourselves, and so far, everything seems normal and fine.

My only complaint is that when they tested the machine, they didn't run the washer through a full cycle. That would have been better.
