I always go to this subway because its convenient on my route, 2 of the 3 girls I've seen working are always nice and interact with you . But on 2 separate occasions there has been a boy named Caleb that has made the lunches for my office. First time I ordered 2 hot sandwiches for the office because it was a cold Saturday and wanted a hot meal, got back to work and the cheese was barely warmed. So the next office lunch run I mentioned it to one of the girls that was working. , she apologized which was appreciated. Today, months later I go in and order 3 hot sandwiches for the office all the exact same no complications. I notice that it will be Caleb as the sandwich maker, he takes 2 of the sandwiches to put in the oven to toast before I had to remind him to add the cheese, and then pushes the button for 1 sandwich which is 45 seconds and then stops the timer at 30 seconds left. I had to ask the girl to put them back in the oven so that they could at least melt the cheese. the 3rd sandwich he puts in for the full 45 seconds then takes it out and adds more time. These 3 identical sandwiches which have only 4 ingredients on them took 10 minutes to make because he puts everything on one singular piece at a time. it was like watching a sloth work. Read moreWe walk in and she is on the phone with someone, we are patient and waiting and she comes out grunts at us and says “hang on” we wait a minute or two and she comes out and is just rude. Snotty attitude and she just made me feel bad about myself in there. We had a coupon and charged me 3 extra to add bacon to my turkey bacon sandwich even though the all american has three meats and there’s no up charge on that. I have never been up charged for bacon when getting this sandwich in the 15 years I have been getting the SAME SANDWICH! She was obviously in a very bad mood (at 10 in the morning mind you) and shouldn’t be taking that out on her customers. Do better, treat people better, maybe don’t make calls at work? I called to cancel the order the gal said, she would call back in "2 minutes" 40 minutes later I call back to cancel the order, she said I have to do it online, I look online and it says you have to call the restaurant. I call the restaurant told her about what online said she says she can't cancel so I ask to speak to a manager. There is no manager in, so I ask when will the manager be in she says I don't know, so I ask how am I supposed to get the money back for the sandwich I never got. She hung up the phone.
