Today was my first time visiting MiFlavour. My girls and I were pleased to see the cleanliness of the place. It was not crowded in the afternoon and we were able to receive service right away. It was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted macaroons instead of a cake. I didn’t get the woman’s name but she was gracious enough to give my daughter a cake batter macaroon for her birthday, which I thought was very kind of her after me talking to my daughter about her special day. I feel like every gelato place I’ve had in my adult life has been a bit of a letdown. Well folks, Volonti nailed it. I had the London Fog (my favorite flavor of anything EVER) and the huckleberry - both were phenomenal. So creamy and the texture was just… perfection. Bold earl grey flavor and the color was equally stunning.

The cone itself was not only delicious but had a beautiful, moody aesthetic. My only suggestion is to make a gluten free cone - I definitely said “screw it” when I saw them and would love to be able to enjoy them without a tummy...
