Madison Home was one of the only stores in Spokane that had the higher quality of furniture we were looking for. Lisa, the design associate that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. With her guidance we were able to find the sleeper sofa we wanted. Unfortunately, once it was delivered we found it had a factory defect which made retracting the sleeper difficult to impossible.

Lisa and Lam said that if there were any problems that Madison Home would make sure it was taken care of to our satisfaction. It took some patience because a replacement mechanism from the factory didn't fix the problem, so Madison Home ended up replacing the entire sofa. That kind of customer service after the sale is outstanding. We couldn't be happier.

Everything about purchasing the sofa from Madison Home was great. From the expert help when shopping, to the delivery, which was on time with competent and accommodating staff, and the level communication and updates while the factory defect was being addressed.
