My daughter and I stopped here the other day since we had a coupon for their Cluck sandwich. I'd never had one, but my kiddo likes chicken sandwiches, and the coupon was for 2 meals for $11! Sounded like a great deal! We went through the drive-through and even though the young man working the window was either developmentally delayed or extremely intoxicated under the influence of something 🤔 (I won't guess what, but certainly not methamphetamines). I do not say this lightly or to be mean either, please understand. He had a tough time with simple communication, however, I wasn't concerned about it then. Once we received our food we headed North towards home. The first sandwich was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Incredibly delicious! The best chicken sandwich I've ever had at that time! I was blown away! I'm typically not a big fan of those, preferring a burger regularly. As I was driving, I just took a bite of my kiddo's, but since it was so dang good, I asked her to give me mine once she was done with hers. As she opened the bag to grab my sandwich she instantly (THANKFULLY) noticed a HAIR! Right there in plain sight! (Again, thankfully lol) Then we noticed the two Jumbo Jacks I'd ordered were missing! So I flipped a U-turn and called the store even though I was already several miles away at this point... The young lady who answered the phone was very friendly and had no problem making things right for me. Upon arrival, I pulled through the drive-through again (I am disabled and on oxygen) for my convenience. The young lady was once again very friendly and kind. Even though there was no one behind me she did ask me to park around out front and told me she'd bring my order out shortly. I complied and pulled around to the front door. After 20+ minutes of waiting and being extremely frustrated, I finally figured I needed to go inside the establishment and see what the problem was. I get inside and the young lady from before asks if she could take my order, like she'd never seen me before...? I then reminded her that I had been waiting for my food for some time... Suddenly she recalled who I was and then told me how she'd been on break and then muttered how she was "doing me a favor"!!!??? Then I hear another person in the food preparation area (I'm assuming, forgive me if I'm wrong) say something about how "oh we are all just a bunch of screw ups" and some other nonsense.... She then hands me the food and I asked them all if they think they are funny... or....? And I just got blank stares from them... I am a rather large (overweight/fat) woman so I honestly felt like it was all just a big joke to them... It was a very upsetting situation to be completely honest. I did see another employee outside who seemed to be past his "teens" or "early twenties", and I asked him what was wrong with the children working inside!? He was very gracious and apologized for the way I was treated (I explained the situation to him). I understand it is extremely difficult to find responsible, respectful help these days... But the owner of this store beware, your store is more of a daycare than an actual...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I visited Jack in the Box on Division & NorthWest Blvd. at about 5:30-ish a.m because apparently we decided that what we needed for breakfast were sloppily thrown together, way too greasy "breakfast sandwiches" with undercooked hash brown patties(?) burnt coffee for me, and Warm (🤢 Yeah, warm) milk for my boyfriend. And yeah, granted it is fast food and I shouldn't & honestly, didn't expect much more food-wise but the food actually wasn't the issue this time. So, probably needless to say but since it was 5:30-ish a.m they were clearly not busy we were actually the only people there at first. Then when we got to the window to pay someone else pulled into the drive thru and the lady (Jack in the Box employee) started to open the drive thru window then literally shut it, quite quickly and began to take the order from the car behind us 🤨! After we paid and got our tiny drinks she told us to "pull to the front of the store and she'll bring our food 'Right Out' ". The people behind us were also directed to do the same, pulling up next to us within 20 seconds of us parking. Now I get it, some people will say that's good because you know your food will be freshly made, and others will be irritated with me because I don't seem to have compassion for fast food workers and how busy they can get. But I abso-fricken-lutely fully understand both of those points and they are acceptable, when appropriate! However, there was only our order of 2 meals, and the other car also had only 2 people in it so how busy could they have honestly been? Plus, I'm going to safely assume that there were (at least) 2 people working given the number of cars parked in the parking lot so it's not like there was just this 1 overwhelmed employee doing everything. And yet, it still took EIGHTEEN... (yes, I did have to spell it for dramatic effect!) 18 MINUTES to bring us our 2 sandwiches and hash browns 😳🤯 and the poor car next to us didn't even get their food at the same time, who knows how much longer they waited! Un-fricken-believable right? So much so that I probably wouldn't believe it if it hadn't been me! But, you bet your @$$ that I started the stopwatch on my phone as soon as we pulled into that parking space in front of the store. 18 minutes and 24 seconds precisely. And, as if All that wasn't enough BS, that employee came out with our food in one hand and an attitude covering the rest of her! She offered no explanation or apology and after we said "thank you" I swear I saw her eyes roll as she silently turned around and...
Read moreHorrible customer service! They had not given all of our items we ordered while waiting at the drive through window.... so we continued waiting..meana while, the cars behind us began honking. The cashier Ashley comes back to the window and I told her that she had forgotten a few things... so she quickly handed them to me acting really frustrated with me but it was her fault she had not handed out the rest of the order. then before I left the parking lot I checked the bag to make sure the order was correct and it was not. So.....because the drive through line was so long I sent my son in to have them correct the order and they would not correct an order that was not correct because they asked me if it's the screen was correct and there was so much noise & hyperness from my children in the car ..I just quickly read through it and I said yes it was. when I got the order discovered it was not correct and they said, "NO... we will not remake it. I asked you if the screen was correct you said yes so you said the order was correct so that's your order we will not remake it!" I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told by the Drive-Thru cashier Ashley that she runs the place so I had to speak to her. I asked if she was a manager or supervisor..she responded by staying once again that she runs the place so I had to speak to her. We were not given the order that we had asked and paid for and was not allowed to speak to a manager or supervisor. I would not even give them one star for this we go to Jack in The box quite often... not this one in particular... And we've never been treated so disrespectfully. I would not recommend their store...
