My agent's name is koryne she was absolutely the most disrespectful experience I have had with this company. She was quick to raise her voice and swear at me for the simple crime of asking reasonable questions. She trespassed me from my exit inspection before concluding it and kept yelling at me while I was cooperative exiting the area without confrontation. I would have reported her to the supervisor but as I reminisce on the 3 years of being with this company as my landlord I remember this wasn't the only bad interaction I had with them and every time I reported them in the past they ignored it and kept on taking my money. From the plumbers they have on standby to the fast fixer crew I was always taken for a ride and to be honest I am super relieved to be near the end with them I just figured I would save anyone willing to do the research any wasted time money or effort with manito property management. They do not keep up with their side of the contract and will make you believe it is your problem to solve with your own labor and tools. There is a clause in the contract that states if you take them to court and they manage to win you pay for the entire legal battle so make sure to keep everything well documented for the courts record. Good luck and if possible let them go out of business.

They may have changed their name but century 21 to manito property management they still kept the nasty and rude people on the payroll anyone good usually doesn't last...

I said 2 instead of 1 stars in an attempt to have more people see this review: DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH MANITO. They do not meet the level of quality and professionalism expected by Windermere. They will ignore you, lie, and steal from you. They will take your rent without sticking to their Lease Agreements, and will find additional charges they can tack on at every opportunity. Even their vendors and handymen dislike conducting business with them. The staff even lies to eachother so no one in the office ever has any idea what is happening at the properties. You've been warned, look...

The most recent reviews here are very assuring because my experience was awful with Tony Vaughn. He made it clear this listing wasn't a priority like his million dollar homes I see on the website - EVERY CLIENT MATTERS! Unprofessional as ever. Seller left piles of junk at the house I bought after agreeing it would be cleared out. Didn't even mow the 1 foot tall grass in the lawn nor did he check to see if the house he's selling was ready to be occupied. "Didn't have time"...
