Okay so I have a broken hip and I am crutches. I hobble into the store (another customer that was leaving and waited for me to get to the door to hold it open). Now I have my purse slung over my left shoulder. I grab a small bag of Sun Chips and headed toward the coffee bar. I grab a couple of creamers as my next stop was to the coolers to get a Monster Java cold coffee. I add the creamers to the cold coffee just as anyone getting hot coffee would. Well before I even got to the coolers, this guy, who I'm guessing is the store manager, chased me down and said I could not take the creamers, I had to pay for them. I said no problem and explained that I was going to get cold coffee and put the creamers in that and also had limited carrying abilities. He told me to get a basket. He was having none of it. He came back with that it cost 7-11 money for the creamers and I couldn't just "take" them. I told him that I would pay for them anyways. He said "no". He was very rude and didn't offer any assistance or help whatsoever. I tossed my chips on the coffee bar and hobbled out. I will never shop at this location again! I am also sending corporate this...

I was looking at candy when she was ringing me out not fully paying attention. After I swiped my card I saw the cigarettes on the counter were incorrect. I had never even touched the cigarettes at this point. Lynette Rudly let me know even tho they are the same price she can't switch them out. I asked why ? I asked for the correct thing and you made the mistake. She responded that she isn't switching them out and it isn't her problem. Extremely rudely. I waited for the manager who helped the situation. I Like the store very convenient for me however, what gets under my skin is it supposed to be a convenience store but it’s more of an inconvenience store when you get gas and you hit receipt “Yes” and nothing comes out So your inconvenienced to go into the store to get the receipt. This has been a problem for quite some time now and all you get is that is not that easy to fix. Yea ok. If it’s not fixed soon, I will be going to their competitor down the street.
